Daniel believes in listening closely to all species. He is the founder of Make_Good_, an experience design studio dedicated to planetary design, and the Global Lead of Experience Design at Accenture Song Sustainability.

As a designer and artist, he has produced a wide range of works—from screen-based experiences to objects, installations, and spaces. He has created experiences with clients such as the UN, Sonos, Vans, Google, IBM, UNICEF, Under Armour, Mailchimp, Domus Magazine, the Emerson Collective, and the Cooper Hewitt Museum; worked on projects with artists and architects such as Laurie Anderson, David Byrne, Vito Acconci, Maya Lin, Errol Morris, and Kelly Reichardt; and shown work at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Walker Center, the Storefront for Art and Architecture, MoMA, the Whitney Biennial of Art, and the Venice and Seoul Biennials of Architecture. His work and collaborations have won awards such as Cannes Cyber Grand Prix, Lions, Webbys, FWAs and the National Design Award. 

Daniel is a graduate of Brown University's Modern Culture and Media, and holds a Masters in Portuguese and Brazilian Studies from Brown, as well as an MFA from NYU’s ITP program and is a graduate of the Whitney Independent Study Program. He taught at NYU's ITP and IDM Programs, RISD's department of Graphic Design, SVA's Products of Design and Columbia University's GSAPP. Daniel is currently a mentor at New Inc., the New Museum's incubator. He also likes to hang out with his family, ride his bicycle and play music, occasionally appearing as a DJ.
